Objectives of Solicited Research

Improving the quality and expanding the scope of the IAS center's multidisciplinary joint research

The goals of "solicited research" are to improve the quality and expand the scope of the IAS center's multidisciplinary joint research by working with a variety of researchers from private universities in Japan. Five research themes were selected from the 21 themes proposed during the solicitation period from July to September 2008.
